Hey, Stampers, I found this neat YouTube Tutorial, created by Donna Centamore, at Butternut Sage Designs.  In the past, I've used Liquid Applique to puff up some snow or frosting as a cute embellishment.  But Donna gives viewers an economical, and easy-to-make recipe to create your very own.  And you have all of the ingredients right in your kitchen cabinet!
