I'm here in Hales Corners, with my granddaughter and grandson....having a blast!!!  My daughter started this Magical Elf thing.  She purchased a little stuffed elf, who is watching and reporting to Santa everyday. No one is allowed to touch the elf, or he looses his magic.  When Emily is sleeping, my daughter takes the elf and places him in situations where he causes a little mischief.  The other night she placed him on the couch with a bowl of popcorn, and a can of soda pop, with the TV on watching a DVD of The Nightmare before Christmas...LOL  Last night, Amy placed the elf sitting on the couch with Emily's LeapFrog Scribble & Write game, and wrote on there Good Morning, Emily...the elf was holding the writing wand....how cute!!!  Amy will strategically move the elf when Emily is getting into the carseat, and Amy will run back into the house to get something, or when Emily is not aware of her moving the elf.  What a neat idea!!!!

    Then if Emily is misbehaving, which in Grandma's eyes, NEVER happens, lol, Amy reminds her that the Elf is watching and is going to report to Santa....adorable!
