I think they all go together, perfectly, 

Reversed Canvas,  and color combinations.

I decided to try and create

an Easter Typography with a variety of 

spring transfers.

I had never prepared

a Reversed Canvas surface before.

Here, I explain the technique

PLUS

tips on purchasing  various brands.

DIY Cottontail Farms Garden Flag

 I'm so excited to decorate 

for SPRING!!

But, with snowbanks,

as tall as I am tall,

I'm going to have to wait it out.

I used ink (which is permanent)

to create this 

ADORABLE

I masked the Polka Dot Transfer

so I could ink the design in the center.

This transfer of the tandem bike,
"Better Together" is so full of celebrating "springtime",
but I changed it, by turning it
into a bicycle rather than a tandem.
The other transfers I used are unfortunately, retired.
I used "Life is a Beautiful Ride" (retired)
"Woodland Birthday" (for the balloon, retired)
and "Vintage Truck Spring Add-On (also retired)

the other day...

I, originally, wasn't sure how I wanted 

to create something with it.

Then, it came to me...

I'll do something in

French Country colors 

and give it a romantic feel.

The surface is a plank board

from the "W" store, 

but painted it a pretty blue 

with Chalk Paint.

I chose soft, subtle colors

of Chalkology Paste for the design, 

using Mauvelous, Eucalyptus, Almond

and Black Velvet.

A couple embellishments,

and...

Voila!!!

Love the rustic, vintage look?

OMG, I am hooked on distressed wood,

if you saw my home, 

you'd know what I mean.

I actually found this wood house frame

and it had a sentiment already on it.

I wanted to change it up,

giving it more 

of a layered, dimensional feel.

I didn't plan on it,

but when I used 

the House Patterns transfer 

I realized it looked like

Chicken Wire!!

How fitting!

I'm thinking, I could even add some

hay and faux eggs, since this is a boxed frame.

What do you think?

I've had this gold trimmed chalkboard

for quite awhile.

But, never found a design

that I wanted to create on it.

When I saw this transfer,

"A Life they Loved",

it was a given!!

I paired the Modern Floral background transfer with this sentiment,

using the "hot mess" technique

in Gold Shimmer and Almond chalk paste.

If you're looking for something to display

on your wedding table, 

or looking for a gift for an upcoming wedding or anniversary,

you'll fall in love with this design.

The sentiment,

"Together They Built A Live They Loved"

says it all.

Since this was so easy to create,

and took very little time,

I was able to create some

Farmhouse decor for the bathroom.

How about a little monochromatic color

with a pop of red?

I wanted to create something

that was in a grey and black color scheme.

So, decided to use

our NEW House Patterns Transfer.

This transfer can be used 

with or without the Wood House Cutouts.

I had this adorable wood box frame

that is quite long.

And thought each of the different 

house patterns would be PERFECT

for the wood frame.

Not one of my favorite pieces,
but you never know until you
